Have you seen this info Just wanted to throw this out and let the masses know that Hatfield~McCoy Trails Hatfield & McCoy ATV & UTV Trails - ATV Trail Riding Trails Heaven are building a new OHV park in West Virginia. Its going to be called the Ivy Branch and is set to open on July 15.

Hatfield-McCoy OHV/ORV Shared Access Regional Recreation Areas (Ivy Branch)

Hey Guy’s, here is the New Statutes for WV Hatfield-McCoy OHV/ORV (Shared Access) Regional Recreation Areas I would suggest that you read through them and get familiar with them before you make a trek there. What you are looking at is the filing that goes into effect July 8th 2013, which will allow the use of Off Road Vehicle "ORV’s" both Licensed and Non-Licensed 4WDs. There has also been some question about for Non-Licensed ORV’s verses Insurance for Licensed ORV’s (§ 204-1-4.3).

Now if you would please do a comparison with the 2013 to the last .
Well now that you have done a comparison of the fore stated § (the noted Sub-Section identify those § that now include ORV’s that were precluded prior to this filing) any mention of an ORV (both licensed and/or non- licensed) would be what we wheel and is now all inclusive in the 2013 Filing which was not present in the 2010 and prior Filings…………
