EC4WDA has always made several contributions to different charitable organizations either financially or donation based at the executive level such as our annual non-perishable food drive/toy drive held at our annual fall convention and organized by our community service chairperson, and at the club level with different clubs giving back by doing community service projects. We've always believed in giving back because we are Better Together.

One of Our Own Fund was formed in the Land Use/Community Projects Committee in to help financially troubled East Coast Members who are experiencing hard times whether through health reasons, loss of family member, etc. Several times in these meetings, members where discussed that could have used additional support from their East Coast family beyond what the committee alone could offer.

LU/CP committee formed “One of Our Own” in 1988 after a much heartfelt discussion regarding a premature childbirth which gave us reason for our cause.

One Of Our Own is a way to answer's people question; what does EC4WDA do for me? We've always said we are Better Together! One Of Our Own is just one example.
